Effective Date: October 27, 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to the website, cleaning services, and text messaging program of District Dusters, a trade name of Sumner Legacy Group LLC (“District Dusters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Cleaning Services and Appointments

The scope, price, and scheduling of cleaning services will be described in your approved estimate, booking confirmation, or service agreement. Additional services or changes to the agreed scope require approval and may affect pricing.

Submitting an inquiry or assessment request does not confirm a cleaning appointment. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by District Dusters.

Payment requirements, deposits, cancellation terms, and any applicable fees will be disclosed before you confirm your booking.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact information, necessary property access, and a safe working environment. Please inform us before your appointment about access restrictions, pets, delicate surfaces, or other conditions that may affect service.

3. District Dusters Text Messaging Program

When you opt in to receive text messages from District Dusters, you may receive messages about:

Inquiries, home assessments, estimates, and quotes.
Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling changes.
Cleaner arrival notifications and service updates.
Invoices, payment reminders, and receipts.
Customer support and service follow-ups.

Promotional messages will be sent only if you separately consent to receive them. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

4. Consent to Receive Messages

We request your consent before enrolling you in our text messaging program. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive promotional text messages.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number provided. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your appointments, service requests, account activity, and conversations with our team. You may receive multiple messages related to an individual service appointment.

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees according to your wireless plan. Contact your carrier for information about your plan and messaging charges.

7. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any District Dusters text message to unsubscribe at any time.

You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Afterward, no further messages will be sent through that messaging program unless you opt in again.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel an appointment or change any payment obligations. Please contact us directly for scheduling or account assistance.

8. Customer Support

Reply HELP to a District Dusters text message for assistance, or call (240) 547-9240.

You can also visit districtdusters.org for business and service information.

9. Message Delivery

Text message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help deliver our messages or support our operations, subject to appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes to these terms do not replace any consent required for new types of text messages.
