District Dusters, a trade name of Sumner Legacy Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. 2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide through our website, booking forms, phone calls, emails, text messages, and service interactions. Depending on your interaction with us, this may include:

Your name, phone number, email address, and service or billing address.
Cleaning preferences, property details, access instructions, and appointment availability.
Estimates, bookings, invoices, payment status, and service history.
Messages, feedback, and photos you choose to provide.
Text messaging preferences, consent records, and opt-out requests.

Our website and service providers may also collect technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and website activity, through cookies or similar technologies.

Payment information is handled through our payment service providers. Please do not send full payment card details or other sensitive financial information by text message or email.

3. How We Use Information

We use customer information to:

Respond to inquiries and prepare assessments, estimates, and quotes.
Schedule appointments and provide cleaning services.
Send appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival notifications, and service updates.
Manage invoices, process payments, and maintain account records.
Provide customer support and resolve service concerns.
Maintain consent records and honor communication preferences.
Improve our services, protect our business, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Information you send by text, such as your address or cleaning instructions, may be stored in your customer record and used to coordinate current and future services.

4. Text Messaging and Consent

The District Dusters Text Messaging Program provides messages about inquiries, assessments, quotes, appointments, scheduling changes, service updates, invoices, payment reminders, and customer support.

We request your consent before enrolling you in our text messaging program. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to promotional texts. Promotional messages will be sent only with separate consent.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, requests, account activity, and conversations with our team. You may receive multiple messages related to a single appointment.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. Opting Out and Getting Help

Reply STOP to any District Dusters text message to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one final confirmation message. After that, you will receive no further messages through that program unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP for assistance, or call (240) 547-9240. You may also contact us using the email listed in this policy.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel a cleaning appointment or change payment obligations. We may communicate about your services through other available channels.

For additional messaging terms, review our Terms and Conditions.

6. When We Share Information

We share information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including with:

Scheduling, customer management, and communication providers, such as Jobber.
Payment processors that handle transactions.
Authorized cleaning personnel and service partners who need information to complete your services.
Website hosting, technology, and business support providers.
Authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or security.

Service providers receive information as needed to perform services on our behalf, subject to appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions.

We do not sell personal information. Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and text messaging opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This information may be disclosed to providers that support delivery of our messaging program, solely for that purpose, or when legally required.

7. Data Storage and Security

We maintain customer records in business systems, including scheduling, communication, and payment platforms. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information and restrict access to authorized people who need it for their work.

No electronic system or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

We may retain consent records and limited opt-out information to document messaging permissions and prevent unwanted messages after an unsubscribe request.

9. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to update your communication preferences.

We may verify your identity before completing a request. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or other permitted purposes. We will respond as required by applicable law.

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect certain website features.

10. Third-Party Websites

Our website may link to third-party booking, payment, or other services. Those providers maintain their own privacy policies, which you should review when using their services.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. When required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
