Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer we use your personal supplies, just let us know when booking.

Can I request specific areas to focus on during the cleaning?
Absolutely! When booking, you can list any priority areas (like kitchens, bathrooms, or baseboards). We customize our service to match your needs. Some areas are an additional fee.

Do you offer recurring cleaning plans?

Do you offer mold removal services?
No, we do not offer mold removal services. We recommend contacting a licensed mold remediation specialist for those needs. However, we’re happy to help with surface cleaning and general sanitation.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens! We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
